A young boy obsessed with being a superhero, dealing with the loss of his mother, and encouraged by his alcoholic father that he will save the world, is the groundwork for The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, a brief, standalone narrative created by Dontnod Entertainment, developer of Life is Strange.
The journey of 10 year old Chris, is the relatable story of a kid who deals with the harsh realities of his world by using his imagination, dreaming of spaceships, visiting unexplored planets, and fighting monsters. Enjoy gameplay that takes you into Chris’s made-up world and allows you to save the day.
Go through the game with a fine tooth comb to uncover secrets and discover hints about the upcoming Life is Strange 2.
The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit will be available for digital download on the PC, PS4, and XB1 starting at 12amEST on June 26th. Players will not be required to make any purchases in order to play it.
Any decisions and progress made in the demo will transfer over to LIS2, if the game is purchased.
