Niantic has announced that Tornadus will spin into Tier 5 raids this week as a replacement to the current Legendary; Heatran.
For those of you looking to defeat and capture this “force of nature,” here’s what you’ll need to know.
Basics:
– Tornadus has 2 forms: Incarnate & Therian
– Tornadus is part of the Force of Nature Trio
– The only Pure Flying type Legendary
– Introduced in Generation V
NOTES:
For now, it appears we’ll be getting the Incarnate form of Tornadus in Pokémon GO. It’s probably safe to assume that we’ll see the rest of the trio (Thundurus & Landorus) at a later date. (We might possibly see the other form of Tornadus later as well – no word yet).
Perfect IV’s:
100% IV: 1911 CP
100% WB IV: 2389 CP
Tornadus is boosted in Windy Weather.
Movesets:
Hardest Move to Beat: Grass Knot
Best Moveset: Air Slash/Hurricane
Top Counters:
