Ever want to bust ghosts in the neighborhood? Now you can thanks to Ghostbusters World, an upcoming AR mobile title that lets players capture otherworldly types in their own backyards.
Similar to Pokémon Go, the game will incorporate collecting monsters, trading, real world AR encounters, and teaming up with others to battle big bosses.
Players will also have the option to battle each other, PvP style, or take part in a single player story mode using turn-based RPG type mechanics.
Hundreds of ghosts, found throughout the Ghostbuster franchise of TV shows, movies, video games, comics, and theme parks, will be available, along with a few brand new creations imagined by the IDW comic series team.
Ghostbusters World will launch this Fall. Pre-registration is now available for iOS & Android devices.
